7c35b1923a Add Congo Lake inspect, jammed, and equip animations, also:
* fix importer breaking nested object offsets (for things like MagPlate inside Mag)
* fix sqrt3d throwing NaN on negative inputs

a067e437a5 New animation loader! COLLADA supports all the cool things we want to do, but nothing that _implements_ COLLADA as an exporter does... aint that grand
